| I. Functional Statement |
|

The Municipal Assessor shall take charge of the Municipal Assessor’s Office and exercise the function of ap- |
| praisal and assessment primarily for taxation purposes of all real properties in his area of jurisdiction. He exercises |
| such other power, duties, and functions as maybe prescribed by laws and ordinances. |

| II. Objectives |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
It’s objectives is to establish a systematic method of real property assessment thru the installation of Real Pro- |
| perty Tax Administration introduce by the Department of Finance. It aims to establish a complete inventory of all pro- |
| perties in the municipality of Sikatuna Ownership of every piece of real property shall be identified and all individual |
| land area shall be accounted for. Enhancement of the collection of real property tax will be realized using the proper |
| records of the office. |

Assessment records shall be encoded/computerized for easy and fast access and delivery of services to |
| clienteles. |
|
